These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Curiovio, operated by [Company Legal Name] ("Curiovio", "we", "us"), including our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Curiovio

Curiovio is an education platform connecting students with teachers for live classes and self-paced learning, supported by AI tools. Many students on Curiovio are minors. A parent or legal guardian must create or approve the account of any student under 18, and is responsible for that student's use of the Service and for all payments made on their behalf. Teachers must provide accurate identity and contact information and are independently responsible for the quality and conduct of the classes they deliver.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@curiovio.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

3. Classes, courses, and content

Curiovio offers live, teacher-led classes; self-paced courses; and an AI tutor/coach that supplements (and never replaces) a human teacher's judgment on grading, mastery, and progression. Course content, lesson materials, and platform curriculum remain the property of Curiovio or the respective content-owning teacher. Content a teacher authors for their own students remains that teacher's intellectual property, subject to a license granted to Curiovio to host, display, and deliver it through the Service.

4. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Paid features (live class credits, self-paced grade passes, individual courses) are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and processed through our third-party payment partners (Razorpay and/or Stripe). We do not store your full card or bank details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor. Prices, class-credit validity, and subscription terms are shown at the time of purchase. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or share inappropriate content with another user, especially a minor;
• Attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the Service, or circumvent its security;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. AI features

Curiovio's AI tutor, AI Coach, and related AI-assisted tools (including AI-assisted grading for self-paced students with no assigned teacher) are provided as a learning aid. AI-generated responses and grades may be imperfect; they do not replace a qualified teacher's judgment, and Curiovio does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curiovio and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
