Curiovio provides online education services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

How purchases are delivered

Live class packs: class credits are added to the student's account as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually instantly). Classes are then scheduled with the teacher and held online.
Self-paced passes and courses: access is switched on for the student's account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Confirmation: a receipt is sent to the email on the account, and the purchase shows in the parent or student dashboard.

If a successful payment hasn't shown up on the account within 2 hours, reach us through the Contact page with the payment ID and we'll sort it out.
